Design of the traffic scheme for the construction stages of the Blue Line, in the section between Pierre Koenig and HaTnufa streets, in the heart of Jerusalem’s central business district in Talpiot. This area includes extensive commercial activity attracting a broad shopping public, partly because of the presence of the Hadar Mall. In order to allow commercial life and day-to-day activity to continue throughout the works, a spatial assessment was required of the effects of the traffic arrangements on the area as a whole, taking into account business owners, public transport, entrances and exits to plots for loading and unloading, and the accessibility of customers arriving to the area.
