Our legacy

Shaping

the face of transportation in Israel

to an uncompromising standard

M.T.N. was founded in the early 1970s by engineer (the late) Yitzhak Gilat and engineer Adi Selinger, at a time when traffic engineering in Israel was still in its infancy, with almost no formal standards, guidelines or professional benchmarks. From the very beginning, M.T.N. worked from a professional outlook that insisted on precise, safe, high-quality planning— an approach that went on to help define the planning standard for traffic engineering in Israel.

In its earliest years the firm was already a partner in preparing transportation master plans for major cities such as Kfar Saba, Holon and Rishon LeZion, and later in large-scale projects in Israel and abroad. Over the years M.T.N. has continued to lead complex traffic planning on a national scale, with a consistent focus on planning quality, systemic thinking and solutions that remain applicable over time.
