Dolphinarium Complex, Tel Aviv

Comprehensive transportation planning for the project to clear the Dolphinarium site on the Tel Aviv shorefront, intended to restore the continuity of the beach promenade, create a water sports complex and strengthen the promenade connection towards Jaffa, alongside the design of a hotel and residential buildings in the HaYarkon Street area.

As part of the project, Carmelit Street was designed as a new east–west connection between the Carmelit terminal and Herbert Samuel Street, together with a five-level underground car park comprising some 600 parking spaces. M.T.N. led the master plans, urban outline plans and local outline plans, and subsequently carried out detailed design for streets, roads and intersections, traffic signal design, the design of a five-level underground car park with approximately 600 parking spaces, and temporary traffic arrangements.

As part of the project, Carmelit Street was also designed as a new east–west connection between the Carmelit terminal and Herbert Samuel Street.
