A unique residential complex built in the Florentin neighbourhood of south-central Tel Aviv, at the meeting point of Salame, streets, designed by Ilan Pivko Architects as part of an urban renewal process within a dense and active urban fabric.
M.T.N. advised the project on transportation planning, with an emphasis on the design of the car parks and their integration into a complex urban environment. The parking scheme comprises two underground levels totalling approximately 13,650 sq m.
A central element of the design was the integration of a robotic parking system, which increases parking capacity through efficient use of the underground volume and reduces manoeuvring and driving areas. M.T.N. was involved in designing the access, the parking operation and the interface between the automated system and the active city street.
In 2022 the robotic parking system was replaced with an advanced system manufactured by SOTEFIN SA, comprising approximately 138 parking bays, in order to improve operational reliability and use of space.
