At the former municipal country club complex in north-west Tel Aviv, M.T.N. took part in the planning and provided traffic consulting for the BLUE Residential project (for Canada Israel) and the BLUE neighbourhood complex (for the Tel Aviv Municipality).
The project included transportation planning for a new neighbourhood combining housing and an office campus, alongside the preservation of the existing cottage neighbourhood and the design of a public park within the complex. A plan was also prepared and a new signalized intersection built on Yonetzman Street. During the project’s construction, over a period of years, M.T.N. prepared phasing plans and temporary traffic arrangements.
In addition, an underground car park was designed for a residential project within the same complex. Two parking basements were designed, with a total of 400 parking spaces, extending beneath six residential towers.
