The urban renewal project in the Yoseftal complex in Ramla (plan number 415-083873), planned in the north-western part of the city, is one of the largest and most significant urban renewal schemes in Israel. On a site of approximately 163 dunams, more than 3,600 new apartments will be built in buildings of 8 to 25 storeys. The plan includes a mix of commercial and employment spaces, public open areas, the widening and addition of streets — including commercial streets — the public realm, footpaths and cycling paths, improved accessibility and playgrounds.
