The Pisgat Ramot neighbourhood is a new residential neighbourhood in northern Be’er Sheva comprising approximately 3,700 housing units, located between Highway 40 and Highway 406 and adjacent to the Ramot Bet neighbourhood.
M.T.N. advised the project from the statutory planning stage, including the preparation of master plans, urban outline plans and local outline plans, and subsequently carried out the detailed transportation design, including the design of the traffic signal system.
During the construction stages, temporary traffic arrangements were designed and implemented along an active main street, in order to enable safe and continuous movement throughout the works while minimizing disruption to residents and road users.
