The Ganei Ayalon neighbourhood was planned as a new urban neighbourhood on the lands of Moshav Ahisamach, east of Highway 40.
M.T.N.’s involvement in the project spanned every construction stage, beginning with the detailed plan and continuing with construction drawings for all the streets.
During the implementation stage, approvals and amendments were issued for the various building plots in line with the project’s progress.
