The Givatayim Mall car park was designed as a three-storey underground facility with approximately 1,200 parking spaces. The design was carried out from the outline plan stage through to construction drawings, and included the full design of the private car park and the municipal sections integrated within it.
The car park is designed with a single central entrance and exit, connected by a tunnel to the municipal road network and to Rabin Road. The car park is a significant component of Givatayim’s municipal parking system, and the design addressed its integration into the continuum of public parking solutions in the surrounding area accordingly.
