Design of a car park for a luxury residential project in Jaffa: a 12-storey tower comprising 53 housing units and two parking basements. The project combines new construction within an ancient building designated for preservation, and the car park was designed as an integral part of the overall planning scheme, incorporating automated parking systems and addressing planning, engineering and statutory constraints unique to the site.
